The Pickaway County Family YMCA offers the LIVESTRONG at the YMCA Program, a FREE 12 week physical activity program, to anyone in the community who has been diagnosed with cancer. The program is designed to improve the Survivors cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and balance. The cost to provide this program is $500 per Survivor. Your fundraising dollars help us to continue to provide this valuable program to Survivors at no cost to them!
